当我运行Flutter doctor时，它显示

Waiting for another flutter command to release the startup lock

一直卡在这里，网上搜搜：
试了删除flutter/bin/cache/lockfile文件的，会提示文件被Dart.exe占用，而无法删除
最后的解决方法：

taskkill /F /IM dart.exe

之后再运行就可以了,具体参考：stackoverflow
